No subscription form, no gated download, no newsletter signup appears on this site. We do not collect your email address through any page we operate.
Consent is recorded only when you grant it.
If you choose to grant us permission to contact you or to attach your reading activity to a contact record, that consent is recorded as an immutable, timestamped receipt. Immutable means the record cannot be edited or deleted after it is written. The timestamp is the moment you acted. You can withdraw that permission at any time, and when you do, the withdrawal is recorded in exactly the same way: immutable and timestamped. The original grant and any subsequent withdrawal both remain in the record so the history is complete and auditable. Withdrawing consent stops future use of your data for contact purposes; it does not erase the fact that a withdrawal occurred.
We use a resolution pixel to understand readership.
A resolution pixel fires when a story loads. It tells us which articles are being read and, where permission has been granted, it allows us to attach that reading activity to your contact record. This is how we understand which coverage is useful to our audience of construction technology professionals and how we connect demonstrated interest to a contact when consent exists. The pixel does not follow you off this site.
No third-party advertising trackers run on these pages.
We do not load ad-network tags, demand-side platform pixels, data-broker scripts, or behavioral retargeting code on any page of this publication. The tracking infrastructure common to ad-supported media properties is absent here by design.
What that means in practice.
When you read a story on this site without having granted consent, your reading activity is not attached to an identified contact record. When you have granted consent, your reading activity is attached to your record, and you can withdraw that consent at any time with the same permanent, timestamped documentation that recorded the original grant.
Data we do not sell or share for marketing.
AllSource Data Corporation does not sell reader data to third parties and does not share it with external parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
